Spring 2024 maintenance items

The follow in a list of items that have come in through the home owner portal that will be addressed in the spring of (hopefully starting in May) that are common area issues. We are posting the current list here, and will update this once we have expected start dates.

  • Fix Damaged parking block in front of building 7 with exposed rebar
  • Remove dead or diseased trees by building 1, 2, & 7
  • Finish the outdoor paint library’s for all buildings
  • Fix concrete on the 100 level of building 7
  • Install a new post for the stop sign for building 5 parking lot
  • Replace sign poste for Blue Sky trail
  • Fix sidewalk in front of building 7 (200 & 300) level

From time to time we have multiple home owners that post the same request. When that happens we will close all but one of the open tickets and track on that ticket until the issue is resolved. If you have other items that you would like to bring to our attention please post those using the homeowner portal.
