The Kicking Horse Lodges Homeowner’s Association consists of 115 condominium units in eight buildings and the immediate surrounding property. The HOA, through the property manager, maintains the exterior buildings, garage structures, four grill pits, two hot tubs, four dumpster enclosures, all exterior lighting, sidewalks, railings, the two parking lots and the common areas of the property.
The property is maintained by Beaver Village Management (BVM). Association documents can be found at the owner’s portal.
The HOA is not affiliated with the Granby Ranch resort or with the Granby Ranch Conservancy. Questions about the ranch hall, pool, ski area, golf course, fishing, roads, or any other amenity that is not directly on Kicking Horse property should be directed to the appropriate entity.
